Site status data has a huge impact on operational decision making yet it is constantly changing and needs to be checked for progress against plans. It is also difficult to collect and usually resides in multiple IT systems and physical locations. It is estimated that mistakes related to this type of data add more than 20% to project costs.

Solution
Use large scale, immersive, interactive screens to display project information including BIM, project schedules, CCTV, real-time site data, all in a simple and effective user interface. Often based around PowerBI, this allows drill-down to identify issues and spot potential solutions. Based on our recent Innovate UK project to produce the AEC Control Room of the future, these systems can be rapidly installed into site offices and company HQs alike.
